Allie’s passion sits firmly with instructing and fitness. Helping others find their “why” to be the best version of themselves is so exciting.
Allie loves music that has a great beat drop. You’ll probably catch her jamming out to potential playlist songs in her free time, but Taylor Swift is her guilty pleasure outside of the studio. Her key to survival? “Eat clean, stay fit, and have a burger to stay sane”. I think we can all buy into a philosophy like that!
She’s especially proud of her weight loss. Allie has shed almost 100 pounds with proper nutrition and exercise. She’s been able to see what happens when you don’t quit, and it’s such a kickass feeling!
Allie’s biggest inspiration to keep pushing herself is all of YOU — her fit family has encouraged her in ways she would have never imagined, and everyday she embraces the journey we are all on together.
