David is always on the move and especially loves backpacking outdoors, not just for the exercise, but also for the opportunity to see and experience nature. “There is a sense of accomplishment and peace when you’re will to put in some work and sweat to get to a place that you can't normally get to.”
David teaches to see the excitement on someone's face when they accomplish something that they thought they couldn't do.
“Never discourage anyone...who continually makes progress, no matter how slow.”
Fitness, movement, mobility, and health is a lifetime pursuit for David. It isn't something that can be achieved overnight or in a short amount of time. “Even if I just do a little each day, I am setting up myself for future success. I am in it for the long haul, not just for a quick fix.”
