Angela has been practicing yoga for 7 years and instructing for more than a year. A true believer that activity links to the mind creating the “feels goods”. Although yoga is a top fav for her, she finds balance in various activities and won’t pass up any opportunity to feel like a kid again!

5 things yoga has taught me:

  2. Let go of things that no longer serve you

  3. Breathe

  4. Be present… and okay with it

  5. You can achieve more than you think

Angela has a passion to share yoga with everyBODY, by creating all levels flow, encouraging her class not to take themselves too seriously and above all, to have fun! The best thing about yoga is that you get to take it home with you. The mindfulness and the good vibes can be taken off the mat, making the world a better place one downward dog at a time :)
