Summon your inner superhero for a full body, athletic, informative, and upbeat yoga class. Take your mind and body to places you never thought you’d go by challenging your strength, balance and mindfulness. Room is heated to 90F.
Formats include 45-60 minute flows and combination classes like Burn & Bliss (40 minute flow + 20 minute stretch).
Hot Core, Hot Buns and Hot Body are high energy, beat-based classes focusing on core, glutes or full body. Shed the old and unleash the new! All levels are welcome and no experience is required. Room is heated to 90F.

Infrared Heating Panels. Our yoga room is outfitted with infrared heating panels that are specifically designed for yoga studios. Infrared panels heat the objects in the room, rather than the air in the room, allowing us to add heat setting without humidity.
Heated Yoga (~90F). Let's face it, this is Arizona, and some of us love the heat. Our hot classes are a perfect way to move deeply and safely into stretches in a challenging, mindful practice.
FLO Yoga Emcees are experienced yoga teachers with certifications ranging from 200RYT to 800RYT and expertise in a variety of yoga styles and philosophies.
