When are you opening on Frye & Arizona?

We are currently in our temporary location at 51 E Boston Street and will be moving to our permanent location on Frye & Arizona later this year. Sign-up to be the first to know about our Frye opening date and launch events.

I'm on the waitlist for a class - what now?

You’ll be notified by email and/or text if you are added to a class. This is an automated step. When someone cancels out of a waitlisted class, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class.

Respond to the text as soon as possible. Your text response will be received by the system and your reservation will be confirmed or cancelled accordingly. Responses received after 36hrs will not be registered by the system.
If you are on a waitlist and cannot make it to class you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added to the class. If you are on a waitlist and you are not added to the class, your pass will be returned to your account to be used for a future class.

EXAMPLES
Scenario 1: You’re on the waitlist for Saturday morning at 9:15am. You go to bed on Friday night and during the night someone cancels out of the Saturday morning class. You get automatically added to the class in the middle of the night and when you wake up at 7am you see that you’ve been added to the class. You can’t make it to the class, but you’re now within the late cancel window and will be penalized if you cancel.
To avoid this: Remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as you decide that you can’t make it to class. The waitlist is automated based on the assumption that if you’re on the waitlist, you want to be added to the class no matter what.

Scenario 2: You’ve been added from the waitlist to the class, but you can’t make it. You respond N to the waitlist text and you get an error message. You don’t want to be penalized for not coming to the class.
What to do: Log in to your profile on either MINDBODY or the FLO website and look at your schedule. Cancel yourself out of the class that you won’t be able to attend.

Remember: You can always manage your class schedule - including waitlists - on the FLO website or on MINDBODY
To receive the waitlist email and/or text, you must turn ON Reminders and Notifications in your profile. If you choose not to receive reminders and notifications, it will be up to you to monitor your account to determine if you have been added from a waitlist to a class.

Do class passes expire?

Class passes expire on the following terms:
Single drop-in class: 30 days after purchase
5-class pass: 2 months after first use
10-class pass: 4 months after first use
20-class pass: 6 months after first use

My gym has cycling and yoga too – what’s different about FLO?

Where do we start? FLO’s unique fitness experience is designed as a break from the hustle and bustle. All FLO classes focus on a mind body connection. Carefully selected playlists, top-notch class instruction by FLO Emcees, and nightclub quality sound & lighting combine to deliver a safe, effective, balanced workout. We'll take care of everything from towels to spa-like amenities so that you can focus on getting the most out of your class. Your most difficult decision will be choosing between high energy cycling classes, rhythmic yoga, or - our favorite - the best of both worlds FLO Fusion.

Do you have beginner classes?

Classes at FLO are for everyone. It sounds cliche, but it's true. There are always modifications! We were beginners once too - we know that terminology and bike set up can be intimidating. Our goal is to make our classes safe, fun, and attainable for everyone who walks through our doors.

Do you have any age restrictions?

You must be 16 years or older to participate in hot yoga at FLO. You must be 13 years or older to participate in all other classes. If you are under 18 years old, we require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-studio, in person prior to you participating in class. Note that all riders must be over 4’10" to ride.

    Buy a package (options range from 1 class to annual unlimited membership).

    Wear comfortable clothing and bring water! Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class
    We’ll give you a tour and help you with bike/mat set up.

We know that things can get hectic, so if you forget something, don’t stress out about it - we’ve likely got it for rent or purchase.

How hot is the hot yoga room?

The heat in the hot yoga room ranges from room temperature to hot, depending on the type of class. We use infrared heat panels as our heat source and we do not add humidity. Infrared heat directly penetrates tissues, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate through a combination of increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification. At FLO, we use warmth to relax the muscles allowing you to move deeply into the poses – not to make you feel like you’re going to pass out! (Hot Yoga will be offered at our Frye location)

What should I do if I can’t make it to a class?

As a courtesy to others and our Emcees, you must cancel a class four (4) hours before the scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. If you haven’t canceled within four (4) hours of your class, you will forfeit one class credit or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged a $15 late cancel/no-show fee. Classes MUST be canceled online. If you are not checked in five (5) minutes before the start of class you are late and will not be permitted to join the class and the cancellation policy described above will apply.

Do you have locker rooms?

Yes! At our Frye location we'll have mens and womens locker rooms complete with showers, hair/make-up stations, and lots of locally sourced amenities like lotions, shampoos, conditioners.
