I’m new! What should I do first?

  1. Select a class from our schedule
  2. When you hit "book" you'll be invited to sign in or create an account
  3. Once you create your account you'll be able to complete your booking

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water! Note that phones and bags are not allowed in our classes. There are no exceptions.

Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class
We’ll give you a tour and help you with bike/mat set up. Get a preview of bike set up here. We know that things can get hectic, so if you forget something, don’t stress out about it - we’ve likely got it for rent or purchase.

Do you have shoes and mats for rent?

We do! Cycle shoes and yoga mats can be rented for $3 per class. If you need to rent shoes or a mat, just let us know when you check in for class. You can also purchase shoes, clips, and mats from us if you prefer not to rent them.

What's your cancelation policy?

As a courtesy to other members and our Emcees, you must cancel a class four (4) hours before the scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. Classes that begin before 7am must be cancelled ten (10) hours before class starts. Personal Training and Private Yoga sessions must be cancelled twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you haven’t canceled within the required window you will incur a $15 late cancel fee. No-shows will incur a $15 fee. FLO Unlimited and Youth Unlimited members get one late cancel or no-show forgiven each month. If you booked the class using a drop-in, class pack, or FIVE+ you will forfeit one class pass.

Classes must be canceled online. To cancel on our website, sign in to your profile and choose schedule to view / cancel your booked classes. We do not accept cancellations via phone, messenger, email, DM, etc.

If you are not checked in five (5) minutes before the start of class you are late and your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist.

If you do not maintain an active credit card on file, and have outstanding charges, you will be prevented from booking classes until the charge is paid.

Where can I park?

We have a parking lot, but if it's full, you can find street parking, or you can use the parking garage just north of FLO. Watch this one minute video if you need a visual...and a laugh.

I'm on the waitlist for a class - what now?

You’ll be notified by email and/or text if you are added to a class. This is an automated step. When someone cancels out of a waitlisted class, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class.

Respond to the text as soon as possible. Your text response will be received by the system and your reservation will be confirmed or cancelled accordingly. Responses received after 36hrs will not be registered by the system, so it's important to respond quickly.

If you are on a waitlist and cannot make it to class you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added to the class. If you are on a waitlist and you are not added to the class, your pass will be returned to your account to be used for a future class.

EXAMPLE: You’re on the waitlist for Saturday morning at 9:15am. You go to bed on Friday night and during the night someone cancels out of the Saturday morning class. You get automatically added to the class in the middle of the night and when you wake up at 7am you see that you’ve been added to the class. You can’t make it to the class, but you’re now within the late cancel window and will be penalized if you cancel.
To avoid this: Remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as you decide that you can’t make it to class. The waitlist is automated based on the assumption that if you’re on the waitlist, you want to be added to the class no matter what.

Remember: You can always manage your class schedule - including waitlists - on the FLO website or on MINDBODY
To receive the waitlist email and/or text, you must turn ON Reminders and Notifications in your profile. If you choose not to receive reminders and notifications, it will be up to you to monitor your account to determine if you have been added from a waitlist to a class. ⁣

What happens if I arrive late or need to leave early?

Our classes start and end on time. For your safety and the enjoyment of the class, we do not allow people to come and go during class. This includes leaving a class early. If you arrive at, or after, class start time, you are late and will not be permitted in class.

I'm trying to book a class but I can't.

⁣⁣If a class displays FULL, it means the class is full and the waitlist is full. Keep an eye on it to see if anyone drops and then jump on the waitlist or check the schedule for other classes around the same time. ⁣⁣

If a class displays CALL, it could be because you're already booked for a class at the same time. Decide which class you want to take and cancel/book accordingly.⁣⁣ CALL will also be displayed for classes that are more than 2 weeks out because spots cannot be booked more than 14 days ahead.

Do passes expire?

Class passes expire as follows:
Drop-in: 30 days after purchase
Happy Hour Drop-in: 14 days after purchase
5 Pack: 2 months after purchase
10 Pack: 4 months after purchase

I bought something and can't use it - can I get a refund?

All purchases are non-refunable.

Do you have beginner classes?

Classes at FLO are for everyone. It sounds cliche, but it's true. There are always modifications! We were beginners once too - we know that terminology and bike set up can be intimidating. Our goal is to make our classes safe, fun, and attainable for everyone who walks through our doors.

Do you have any age restrictions?

You must be 13 years or older to participate in classes at FLO. If you are under 18 years old, we require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-studio, in person prior to you participating in class. Note that all riders must be over 4’10" to ride.

How hot is the heated yoga room?

Heated yoga at FLO tops out at 90F. We use infrared heat panels as a heat source and we do not add humidity. Infrared heat directly penetrates tissues, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate through a combination of increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification. At FLO, we use warmth to relax the muscles allowing you to move deeply into the poses – not to make you feel like you’re going to pass out!

Do you have restrooms?

We have restrooms complete with showers, towels, hair products and hair/make-up stations.
