How to Claim Your Guest Drop-ins

Q: Wait... I have guest drop-ins?
A: Yes! If you have a recurring membership you can invite guests to class at no charge.

Q: Can I just show up with a guest or do they have to book in advance?
A: Ask your guest to create a profile on our website (NOT on mindbody). Once their profile is set up, you can contact us to secure their spot in class.

Q: Does my guest have to be new to FLO?
A: Yes. “New” means they have never been to a class at FLO before.

Q: Will I be charged if my guest doesn't show up or late cancels?
A: No, but the drop-in will be forfeited.

Q: Is there a limit to how many guests I can bring each month?
A: No limit.

Q: Are shoe/mat rentals free for guests?
A: Shoes and mats can be rented for $3/class. Water, towels, etc are available for purchase.

Q: I have a Cycle Membership. Can I use my drop-in to take a Yoga class?
A: Guest drop-ins can only be used for new guests. If you’d like to take a class that is not included with your membership, you can do so at a discounted rate of $14/class.

Q: Can my guest use the drop-in for a pop-up or special event?
A: The drop-in can only be used for a regularly scheduled in-studio class.
