Guest Passes

Q: Wait... I have guest passes?
A: Yes! If you have a recurring membership you can invite guests to class at no charge.

Q: Does my guest have to be new to FLO?
A: Yes. “New” means they have never been to a class at FLO before.

Q: Can I just show up with a guest or do they have to book in advance?
A: Ask your guest to create a profile on our website (NOT on mindbody). Once their profile is set up, you can contact us to secure their spot in class.

FLO Finder’s Fee

Whether it's the accountability, a post-class coffee, or those long talks in the parking lot (yes, we see you), everything's better when you're with friends. And we’re making it even better! Beginning July 2024, you can earn a Finder's Fee when your friends sign up for a FLO Membership.

Here’s how it works:

1. You use a guest pass to bring a friend to FLO.

2. Your friend purchases any FLO membership within 30 days of using the guest pass.

3. You and your friend each receive a $25 credit that can be used toward merchandise, locker rental, or membership dues.

4. Rinse and repeat. Keep bringing friends who buy memberships; keep earning credits.
