Burn baby burn and sculpt muscles you didn't even know you had. Small movements lead to big change in this fast paced, full body workout. Make the most of your time with a 35 minute class that will increase core strength and stability, improve form and alignment, and aid in injury prevention.



Healthy core, healthy body. Level up with 45mins of core building exercises under the warm infrared panels. Break a sweat, tone your abs, and improve stability and balance. (WARM & NON HEATED)


Just Stretching

A 45 minute stretching class for athletes. Plain and simple.
