Yoga at FLO is challenging, rhythmic and designed to make you feel amazing.  Sure, there’s some self-awareness and personal discovery that happens along the way – but who says you can’t have a little fun while you’re on that journey?

YOGA

We all have inner super powers, sometimes it just takes a bit of guidance for them to be unleashed. A full body athletic, informative, and upbeat yoga class. Take your mind and body to places you never thought you’d go by challenging your strength, balance and mindfulness. Shed the old and unleash the new! Heated & non-heated cleases.

YIN

Ground yourself on your mat and let us guide you through a gentle class that combines poses and breathing for deep, restorative stretching. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes to allow stretching of the body’s connective tissues and full relaxation of muscles. Yin helps to open the body, quiet the mind, and increase range of motion. No experience is required. Non-heated class.

 
 

YOGA SCULPT

Combining vinyasa flow, strength training and cardio intervals, Yoga Sculpt is an epic journey of discovering your power from within. You'll roll up your mat feeling refreshed and empowered. Heated & non-heated classes.

 

WHY FLO YOGA?

 

Music. Music. Music. Music. Music.  This ain't your average yoga class.   We are current, edgy, and anything but traditional. 

Infrared Heating Panels.  Our yoga room is outfitted with infrared heating panels that are specifically designed for yoga studios. Infrared panels heat the objects in the room, rather than the air in the room, allowing us to control the heat setting without adding humidity. 

Non Heated Yoga (~75F).   Ideal for beginners and anyone wanting to get their stretch on without a killer sweat.  

Heated Yoga (~90F).  Let's face it, this is Arizona, and some of us love the heat.   Our hot classes are a perfect way to move deeply and safely into stretches in a challenging, mindful practice.

FLO Yoga Emcees are experienced yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance certifications ranging from 200RYT to 800RYT and expertise in a variety of yoga styles and philosophies.
