Yoga at FLO is challenging, rhythmic and designed to make you feel amazing.  Sure, there’s some self-awareness and personal discovery that happens along the way – but who says you can’t have a little fun while you’re on that journey?

YIN YOGA

Ground yourself on your mat and let us guide you through a gentle 75 minute class that combines poses, pranayama (breathing), and meditation.  Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes to allow stretching of the body’s connective tissues and full relaxation of muscles.  Yin helps to open the body and increase flexibility and range of motion.  No yoga experience is required. Hips & Hamstrings

A 75 minute warm yoga class dedicated to hips, hamstrings and everything in-between. A moderate pace and deliberate movements will open the hips and improve alignment, releasing tension in the connective tissues to develop strength, flexibility and balance. (ROOM TEMP & WARM)

YOGA 35

Short on time? This 35 minute yoga class designed for busy schedules. An active, dynamic class, then back to the grind. (ROOM TEMP)

VINYASA FLOW

A full body and mind conditioning yoga class that is athletic, informative, and upbeat. This 60 minute physically and mentally challenging class is made up of equal parts strength, mobility, and focus. Transition through a sequence of poses, connecting breath with intentional fluid movements. (WARM)

WHY FLO YOGA?

 

Music. Music. Music. Music. Music.  This ain't your average yoga class.   We are current, edgy, and anything but traditional.  Still not convinced?  Our yoga playlist speaks for itself.

Infrared Heating Panels.  Our yoga room is outfitted with infrared heating panels that are specifically designed for yoga studios. Infrared panels heat the objects in the room, rather than the air in the room, allowing us to control the heat setting without adding humidity. 

Room Temperature Yoga (~75F).   Ideal for beginners and anyone wanting to get their stretch on without a killer sweat.

Warm Yoga (~85F).  Warm yoga is like a good salsa: lots of flavor with a touch of heat.  Our warm classes strike the perfect balance between heat and movement.  You will break a sweat, you'll be challenged to grow, and maybe you'll even learn a little something about yourself along the way.    

Hot Yoga (~90F).  Let's face it, this is Arizona, and some of us love the heat.   Our hot Yin class is a perfect way to move deeply and patiently into stretches in a slow, mindful practice.

FLO Yoga Emcees are experienced yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance certifications ranging from 200RYT to 800RYT and expertise in a variety of yoga styles and philosophies.
