We’re updating our class cancellation policy to help keep classes full and waitlists running smoothly.

Beginning May 1, 2026 all classes will have a 12 hour cancellation window. Cancellations that occur within 12 hours of class start time will be subject to the late cancellation policy.

Late cancellations will incur a $15 fee. No shows will incur a $25 fee.

FLO Unlimited members will continue to receive one forgiven late cancellation per month in the form of a $15 account credit. Account credit can be used towards in-studio purchases - see below for examples. This applies to late cancellations only - all no shows will incur a $25 fee.

If you booked the class using a drop-in, class pack, FLO Lite, or FIVE+ you will forfeit one class pass. No additional fee will be charged.

Reminder: it is your responsiblity to manage your waitlist reservations. If you are on a waitlist and are added to class, the late cancelation policy applies. If you are on a waitlist and no longer want to be added to class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

FLO Unlimited Membership - Examples

You late cancel a class on May 1. Your credit card is charged $15. If you hold a FLO Unlimited Membership, you also receive a $15 credit on your account because this is your first late cancel for the month.

Scenario 1: On May 12 you late cancel another class. You still have a $15 credit on your account. The late cancel fee is charged against the $15 account credit and is not charged to your credit card.

Scenario 2: On May 12 you late cancel a class. You have already used some of your account credit to purchase a towel and now you only have an $8 credit remaining on your account. The late cancel fee is charged to your credit card and the $8 credit remains on your account. You do not receive an account credit because this is your second late cancel in May.

Scenario 3: On June 7 you late cancel a class. You still have an unused $15 account credit from May 1. The June 7 late cancel fee is charged against your $15 account credit from May and is not charged to your credit card. This is your first late cancel for June, but you do not receive a $15 account credit. You only receive a credit on your first late cancel if the late fee is charged to your credit card.
