You say Late Cancellation Fee, we say Accountability Buddy.

We’re updating our class cancellation policy to ensure that classes are well attended and waitlists are well managed.

Beginning May 1, 2026 all classes will have a 12 hour cancellation window. Cancellations that occur within 12 hours of class start time will be subject to the late cancellation policy.

Late cancellations will incur a $15 fee. No shows will incur a $25 fee.

FLO Unlimited members will continue to receive one forgiven late cancellation per month in the form of a $15 account credit. This applies to late cancellations only. All no shows will incur a $25 fee.
