Angelica (AJ) fell in love with indoor cycling the moment she walked into a studio. Group activities were not always her favorite and that changed when she found spin. Her classes are a mix of a fun choreo and heavy gear that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. She believes your mindset will determine 90% of your outcome and encourages you to believe you are more than capable of what you give yourself credit for. Music fills her blood and there isn’t a song or genre she’s afraid to play, so drop that request!

Outside of the studio you can usually find her by a body of water or halfway through multiple books. She has a French Bulldog named Arthur who lights up any room he walks into.
