Yoga for Moms

This workshop will focus on breath, postural & health issues that concern moms of all ages.
Pelvic Physical Therapist, Dr. Kim Bryant, will help you learn how to identify symptoms of core instability, avoid things like prolapse, use breath to improve sleep/relaxation & show you how to do a self Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA) check.
Throughout the workshop FLO Emcee Lisa will guide you through breathing techniques & poses you can incorporate into your own yoga practice. Practicing elements of Pelvic & Yin Yoga help to strengthen and stretch your hips & deep core muscles. Class will end with a relaxing guided meditation and candlelight savasana.
Whether your babies are in diapers or away at college this workshop has something for all moms. Come fill your cup & take care of yourself like you take care of your family!!!
This class is suitable for all levels and can be modified for injury.
