Jackie

Jackie is a fitness instructor and yoga teacher fresh from the mountains of Colorado. "Group therapy disguised as group fitness," got her through the door at FLO, and the incredible FLO community is what kept her coming back. She loves to marry the mind body connection of a yoga class to the power and energy of a flex class. Her Yoga Sculpt classes are aptly described as: “if Flex and Yoga had a baby“ Connection and community are intentions she sets for every class. Connection to the music, to the people around you, and especially to your strength within. Jackie is the mother of five and has been teaching fitness for over seven years. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing and occasionally hiding from her kids to binge watch Netflix.

Each class is tailored to your unique goals, needs and body. You get lots of individual attention and help with alignment which can help you prevent injuries, recover faster from injuries and learn how to modify for your body.
