My favorite thing about personal training with Brandi is how she LISTENS to you and helps you with your goals. Each session is tailored to you and what your goals are. She explains the reason why you’re doing the workout and tells you how to fix your form so you get the most out of your workout.

Personal Training Plans


ONE SESSION / WEEK


One private or semi-private 30 minute session per week. Includes basic nutrition guidance.

FLO member $140/4 sessions

Non member $190/4 sessions


TWO SESSIONS / WEEK


Two private or semi-private 30 minute sessions per week. Sessions can be stacked into 60 minute blocks or taken separately. Includes basic nutrition guidance.

FLO member $240/8 sessions

Non member $290/8 sessions


THREE SESSIONS / WEEK


Three private or semi-private 30 minute sessions per week. Sessions can be stacked to create 60 minute blocks. Includes basic nutrition guidance.

FLO member $340/12 sessions

Non member $390/12 sessions


The Fine Print

Billing is recurring every 4 weeks.

Cancellation policy: sessions must be cancelled with 24hrs notice; no shows or late cancels result in the loss of that session.

To ensure you get the most out of your session, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in your session being shortened accordingly.

Sessions must be used within 30 days of payment. Training plans renew every 4 weeks and require 30 days notice to cancel.
