Why Personal Training?

 

There is nothing better than one on one attention. With personal training you’ll gain skills, confidence and knowhow that will make you stronger in all aspects of your life.

Maybe you prefer one on one training but aren’t getting what you need from a video in your living room. Or maybe you’d like to add personal training to your current fitness regimen, or maybe you just want to explore your options. You have nothing to lose by booking your first session!

Personal Training


One private or semi-private 30 minute session is $45. There is no contract or minimum commitment, however we recommend adhering to a weekly schedule to achieve the best results. To get started, contact one of our personal trainers using the links below.

To ensure you get the most out of your session, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in your session being shortened accordingly.

You will be charged for your session when it is completed. Sessions must be cancelled with 24hrs notice; no shows or late cancels are charged for the session.

My favorite thing about personal training with Brandi is how she LISTENS to you and helps you with your goals. Each session is tailored to you and what your goals are. She explains the reason why you’re doing the workout and tells you how to fix your form so you get the most out of your workout.
